Meet the team
Joelle Deraspe is our Principal Associate and Chief Creative Officer of NICE Marketing. Joëlle is a dynamic, dedicated and passionate entrepreneur. Joelle is at the heart of what Nice has become today, building her vision from a one woman marketing consulting firm to a growing agency with Creative, Digital, Web Design and Media Planning departments. Her vision and success is built upon the belief that amongst the many ways to build a brand, creativity is at the heart of every process. Outside of work Joelle enjoys yoga, running and family adventures on the weekend to reset and load up on inspiration.
Eric Schmidt is our Principal Associate and Chief Strategy Officer. Eric stems from a background in finance and economics, where he built a financial advisory business at a young age. Finance fed his passion for analytics but his creative side was longing. Fast Forward a few years Eric had the opportunity to partner up with Joelle to help build an Agency that would feed his passions for data, analytics and performance all while being able to participate creatively in Nice marketing’s growth. Eric oversees overall strategy for the agency. In his downtime, Eric enjoys quality family time, watching his kids play soccer, fantasy football and collecting rare sneakers.
